1. Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This policy explains how to cancel before dispatch — for cancellations after delivery, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge. To request a cancellation as quickly as possible:

  1. Email us at contact@ravodeals.shop as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation — [your order number]".
  2. Include your full name, order number and a brief note saying you'd like to cancel.
  3. Our team will confirm by email within 1 business day. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we'll cancel it and start your refund right away.

Because we aim to dispatch orders quickly (within 1–3 business days), please contact us as soon as possible to maximise the chance of stopping your parcel in time.

3. Cancelling after dispatch

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are no longer able to cancel it on our side. In that case:

  • Please do not refuse the delivery — accept the parcel as normal;
  • Then follow the steps in our Refund & Return Policy to return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

4. Partial cancellations

If your order contains several items and you'd like to cancel only some of them, just let us know which items in your cancellation email. We'll process a partial refund for the cancelled items, provided they haven't shipped yet.

5. Refunds for cancelled orders

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method, in the currency you paid.
  • We aim to process refunds within 5 business days of confirming the cancellation.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Cancellations by RavoDeals

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order — for example if an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to verify the delivery address or payment. If this happens, we'll contact you straight away and refund any payment taken in full.

7. Custom or made-to-order items

Custom or made-to-order items can only be cancelled before production has started. Once production has begun, these items are not eligible for cancellation. We will always confirm by email when production starts.
