We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to the Channel Islands.

Every order ships free across the United Kingdom — no minimum spend.
Orders picked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
All parcels include tracking. You'll get a link as soon as it ships.
Each piece is carefully wrapped to protect terracotta and ceramic finishes.
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to the Channel Islands.
Shipping is free of charge on every order, regardless of order value, weight or destination within the UK. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery times are estimates from our couriers and may vary slightly during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) or due to events outside our control.
You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you place your order. Once your parcel is collected by the courier, we'll send a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow delivery in real time. You can also check status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
If you're not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will normally:
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery or repeated failed attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, contact us at contact@ravodeals.shop within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the courier.
It's the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. We can't be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Spot a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
All card payments on RavoDeals are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection — we never see or store your full card number on our servers.
