Free UK shipping

Every order ships free across the United Kingdom — no minimum spend.

Fast handling

Orders picked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Fully tracked

All parcels include tracking. You'll get a link as soon as it ships.

Safe packaging

Each piece is carefully wrapped to protect terracotta and ceramic finishes.

Where we ship

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to the Channel Islands.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free of charge on every order, regardless of order value, weight or destination within the UK. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order processing

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
  • Cut-off time: orders placed before 14:00 GMT are typically processed the same day.
  • Weekends & UK public holidays: orders are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, your order will arrive within:

  • Standard delivery (free): 2–5 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from order date

Delivery times are estimates from our couriers and may vary slightly during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) or due to events outside our control.

Order tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you place your order. Once your parcel is collected by the courier, we'll send a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow delivery in real time. You can also check status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Delivery attempts & missed deliveries

If you're not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will normally:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place (if instructed) or with a neighbour;
  • Leave a calling card with re-delivery or local pickup instructions;
  • Hold the parcel at the local depot for a limited period before returning it.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery or repeated failed attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged, lost or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, contact us at contact@ravodeals.shop within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the courier.

Address accuracy

It's the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. We can't be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Spot a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Secure payments

All card payments on RavoDeals are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection — we never see or store your full card number on our servers.

  • Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and major debit cards.
  • All transactions are end-to-end encrypted with 256-bit SSL.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available as an alternative payment method.
  • You'll receive a Stripe receipt by email as soon as your payment is confirmed.
