Your right to return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Our policy goes hand in hand with — and never overrides — your statutory rights.

Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you'd like to return an item, and a further 14 days from that notification to ship it back to us.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition, with no signs of damage, wear or alteration;
  • Returned in their original packaging, complete with any tags, inserts or accessories;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items that have been used, planted in, filled with soil or installed outdoors;
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces;
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale" on the product page.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@ravodeals.shop with your order number, the item(s) and the reason.

  1. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the correct address.
  2. Pack the item securely — use plenty of padding for ceramic and terracotta pieces.
  3. Ship via a tracked service and keep your receipt until your refund is confirmed.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll email you to confirm your refund or exchange.

We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service. We can't be held responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind or wrong choice: the customer covers return postage.
  • Damaged, defective, incorrect or faulty items: we cover return postage in full.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email contact@ravodeals.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the currency you paid.
  • Card payments are refunded securely through Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS, and we never see or store your full card details.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and reach your account within up to 30 days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping is refunded for faulty items, but not for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, mention this when you contact us and we'll do our best to arrange it, subject to stock.
