Payment Policy

RavoDeals accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and major UK debit cards.
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast, secure one-tap checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.

All card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe, a leading global payment provider trusted by millions of businesses.

Your security is our priority. RavoDeals does not store your full card number, CVV or expiry date on our servers. All sensitive card data is sent directly to Stripe over a secure, encrypted connection.

• Encryption: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on every page and transaction.
• PCI Compliance: Stripe holds PCI-DSS Level 1 certification — the highest level of payment security.
• 3D Secure: Card payments may be subject to 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Identity Check) for added fraud protection.
• No card storage: We never see or store your full card details. Stripe tokenises and protects all payment information.

All prices on RavoDeals are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) and include VAT where applicable. The total amount shown at checkout is the exact amount you will be charged — there are no hidden fees.

• Prices are final at the time of order placement.
• We do not charge additional processing fees for any payment method.
• If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fee.

• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Enter your delivery address and select your preferred payment method.
• For card payments, enter your card details or use Apple Pay / Google Pay for instant authorisation.
• For Cash on Delivery, confirm your order and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and receipt.

A payment receipt is emailed to you automatically after your transaction is approved. If you require a VAT invoice for business purposes, please contact us at contact@ravodeals.shop with your order number and billing details, and we will send one within 1–2 business days.

If your payment is declined, you will see an on-screen error message. Common reasons include:

• Insufficient funds or card limit reached.
• Incorrect card number, expiry date or CVV entered.
• Bank security block or 3D Secure failure.
• Expired or temporarily frozen card.

Please double-check your details, try a different card or contact your bank if the issue persists. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer once we receive your return. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.

We actively monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Orders flagged for review may require additional verification (such as proof of identity or address) before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we believe to be fraudulent.

Never share your card details via email, phone or social media. RavoDeals will never ask for your full card number or CVV outside of the secure checkout page.
