These Terms govern your use of www.ravodeals.shop and any purchase you make from RavoDeals.

1. About us

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we confirm dispatch. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock or priced incorrectly.

3. Payment

We accept secure card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more) processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All card transactions are protected with industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and is never seen or stored by RavoDeals. By placing a card order you also accept Stripe's terms of service. For COD orders, you pay the courier in full upon receipt of your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free across the United Kingdom. Standard delivery: 3–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & refunds

You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Full details in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Intellectual property

All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by RavoDeals or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
